Over 24 years of working in private architectural practice, directly for clients, contractors and one of the UK’s largest project management organisations has given Lynn unique all round experience and expertise which clients, project team members and staff all benefit from.
As a partner in cre8architecture Lynn is currently responsible for the delivery of a major commercial office development in the centre of Edinburgh, consisting of 3 office buildings with a contract value of approx £45m. The project is a 2 stage traditional contract.
Lynn is an active member in Women in Property, having been Chairman of the Yorkshire Branch of Women in Property and a member of the Yorkshire and Humberside Careers Forum Committee
